e-Glyph is a proudly Canadian company that specializes in smart tags and electronic shelf labels. Our system is made for retailers who price in dirham or riyal and put Arabic first on the shelf.
Why we built it
Your shelf labels carry more than a price.
In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, a shelf label carries the product name in Arabic (often with English), a VAT-inclusive price and, for many products, a unit price.
On paper, each price change and each promotion means printing, cutting and swapping tags by hand. e-Glyph replaces them with electronic labels that put Arabic first and show unit prices worked out from net content. You update them from one place: the Web Console, which runs on a compact unit inside your store, with no cloud subscription.
We design e-Glyph and build its software in Ontario, Canada. We install it and train your team on site in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What we focus on.
Accuracy first
The price on the shelf has to be right. The Web Console shows which labels are up to date, retries failed updates and flags what needs your attention.
Arabic first, English alongside
Labels show Arabic on its own or with English. The Web Console and the Handheld App work fully in both languages, right to left and left to right.
Your data stays in your store
e-Glyph runs on your store network. Your product and price data stay on site, and the system keeps working without internet.
Simple to run
