Install
We install the e-Glyph unit and wireless access point on your store network, then train your team on site.

Start from 36 ready-made label designs or create your own, then link each label to its product by scanning it with a phone.

Change prices
Change a price in the Web Console and the labels showing it update. Schedule a promotion ahead: labels switch to it when it starts, and back to the regular price shortly before it ends.
The Web Console
Every label in the store, in one place.
The Web Console runs on the e-Glyph unit in your store. Open it in a browser on your store network.

Which languages do the labels show?
Arabic, with English if you want it. Numbers use Western digits, and the Web Console and the Handheld App have full English and Arabic interfaces.
Does e-Glyph need the internet or a cloud subscription?
No. e-Glyph runs on a compact unit on your store network and works fully without an internet connection. There is no cloud subscription.
Can the labels show VAT-inclusive and unit prices?
Yes. Label prices include VAT, and e-Glyph calculates the unit price from each product’s net content. It is designed to support UAE and KSA labelling rules.
Does e-Glyph connect to our till or POS system?
Not directly. e-Glyph takes prices from the Web Console, or from a CSV or Excel import. If you need a link to another system, talk to us about your requirements.
What comes in the kit?
A compact in-store unit, a wireless access point, electronic shelf labels in mixed sizes and the apps to run them: the Web Console, which opens in a browser, and the Handheld App for Android phones.
Do you install it and train our team?
Yes. We install e-Glyph and train your team on site in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Before that, we can give you a live demo, remotely or in person.
